HOUSE BILL NO. 447 by Representative Croft, entitled:                          
                                                                               
"An Act relating to prohibiting persons with convictions for crimes           
involving domestic violence or stalking or who are respondents in              
domestic violence protective orders from possessing deadly                     
weapons when contacting the victim of the offense or the                       
petitioner or other person protected by the protective order; and              
defining 'domestic violence or sexual assault shelter' for purposes            
of misconduct involving weapons in the fifth degree."
